I called Jesse at 5pm who was able to fit mein as a same day appointment. Not only was he prompt he was very transparent about his arrival time, costs and services. I live in a rental with a fireplace that I wanted my TV mounted over. I am not a good handyman. I found Bay Area AV online, put in my information and the same day, got a call from Jesse. A few days later he came over and installed the TV mount, sound bar and TV above the fireplace and did a great job! I found Jesse and Bay Area AV after some research and heard good things from other reviewers. They were not wrong. Jesse is extremely detailed and plans everything prior to the installation. Even though we ran into a few complications during the installation, he has the experience to make it right and I’m very happy with my tv setup. He takes his time and stands by his work. Jeese of Bay Area AV has the technical skill you want in a modern pro combined with the artistry and attention to detail of an old time craftsman. He went above and beyond to make sure the install met our requirements and the TV worked in a difficult space above a fireplace.
